Yes! If you order our free trial version you can try PT Pro for up to 30 days without charge.
When/how will I receive the software?
We will send an email with download instructions as soon as
payment is received. For credit card orders, this typically means
we will send your email within 15 minutes of you completing your
order.

My hard drive crashed and I need to download another copy, how do I do it?
You purchase includes a one year Extended Download Warranty. You can
request a new download link through your self-serve order page. If
your Extended Download Warranty has expired you can extend it
at any time through your self-serve order page. If you have lost
the link to your self-serve order page just go to the Find an
Order page and enter the last four digits of your credit card
number and your email address as they were entered in your original
order.

Yes. Precision Tile Pro supports measurements in feet, inches,
meters, centimeters and millimeters. It even allows you to switch back and forth between the two, automatically converting your measurements for you.
My payment cleared by I haven't received my download link email. Where is it?
If you do not receive your download email, it may have been
blocked by a Spam filter on your computer or at your ISP. Check
your spam or junk mail folders. If that doesn't help please contact
support@laurelcreeksoftware.com
for assistance.
The download email suggests I use a download manager - which one do you recommend?
We recommend the use of a download manager to automatically
recover downloads that get interrupted. The shareware programs
GetRight or WinGet are very good and are free to try. You can
download GetRight from http://www.getright.com/ and WinGet
from http://www.klitetools.com/comments.php?catid=34&shownews=151.
I installed a download manager but I still can't download or the download file is corrupt. What should I do?
Be sure that your browser is not set to automatically disconnect
after a certain number of minutes of inactivity (in Internet
Explorer, under Connection Settings, be sure that "Disconnect if
idle for __ minutes" is unchecked.)
Try copying and pasting the download URL to your web browser rather
than clicking on the link in your email.
Consider disabling your screen saver to ensure that it does not
interfere with the download.
Try clearing your cached web pages:
-
In Internet Explorer, select View/Internet Options, then, under
"Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Files".
- In Firefox, select Tools/Options, then, under "Advanced", select the
"Network" tab. Then click the "Clear Now" button for the cache.
-
In Netscape, select Edit/Preferences, then, under the "Advanced"
category, select "Cache". Then click "Clear Memory Cache" and/or
"Clear Disk Cache".
